The Conference Managers encourage delegates to book accommodation at one of the preferred hotels below to take advantage of exclusive hotel rates, including complimentary Wi-Fi and to maximise networking opportunities with other delegates.
A credit card guarantee is all that is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking.
The full accommodation payment will be charged by the hotel to this card 30 days prior to arrival or upon check in, this is at the hotels discretion. Should you wish to pre-pay your accommodation in full by invoice or if you require a third party authorisation form please contact the Conference Managers to arrange this.
